Event Details
Vendor notes:
- All registrations and payments will need to be received before your link can go on website. Please also provide description and picture of auction item to be displayed on site for public bidding.
- Each vendor will be given a table number the day of the event upon entering. Beforehand you will only know if you are in Section A (Miracle Makers) B (Contributor) or C (sponsor) sections. That way we can spread out the businesses in the same profession.
- Each vendor will be allowed one table top space unless a 2nd is purchased. There is no room for wall displays or video setups. Please have no more than 2 people attending the tables per ticket for space reasons. If you need additional people please purchase an additional table.
- There is no WIFI included in table cost. The hotel has it but it will be an additional $100 cost to you and will need to be arranged through the hotel itself.
- There are no outside foods or drinks allowed in the event area. The hotel will provide for purchase, snacks, drinks in the event area and lunches in their restaurant on the floor below.
- If you are a merchant that sells food please bring the hotel a copy of your liability insurance 2 weeks prior to event for approval. All food must be sealed and unopened during event.
- The set up time is between 8am and 10am with event doors open to the public at 10 sharp. Please use the two hours prior to the event to set up not during event hours.
- The event will end at 2:00. At that time vendors are asked to begin their breakdown of their tables. You are not permitted to stay to conduct business at that time. The hotel has an evening event and needs to start preparing.
- Volunteers will help as much as possible with getting your supplies setup and taken down. If you need assistance with this please contact Debb Widman before the event and she will have someone assist you.

1st Annual Business Expo
Saturday December 12th, 2009 at the Virginia Beach Sheraton Hotel
This business expo is quickly becoming one of Hampton Roads most talked about events! Small Businesses for Small Miracles is an inaugural business-to-business expo to benefit Children’s Hospital of The King’s Daughters. The expo/silent auction will take place on Saturday, December 12, 2009 from 10 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Virginia Beach Sheraton Hotel.
This business expo provides an opportunity for businesses in the Hampton Roads area to promote their business to other community businesses as well as the public.
All proceeds from the event will be announced as part of the total fundraising results through the 94.9 The Point Radiothon.

Small Businesses for Small Miracles was created by several small businesses owners in Hampton Roads. The event coordinator for SB4SM does volunteer work at CHKD and sees the value of the childrens hospital to kids and families in our area. The silent auction on December 12th is a way small businesses of Hampton Roads can give back and show our appreciation to the Childrens Hospital of The Kings Daughters.
